How do I return an item?

We work hard to ensure our items meet your needs but in the event you get a faulty product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. we will pick up from you on our tab and refund you fully or do an exchange depending on your preference

If the wrong size was chosen, we will not receive the returned item. Please ensure you make use of the size chart when purchasing from us

Please ensure the item has been unworn, unused with the tags still attached. if we find it doesn't meet any of these conditions, it will be sent back to you without a refund

If you want to return for any other reason apart from a faulty item, you will be responsible for sending it to us and we will give you store credit or you do an exchange,

If we aren't contacted within 3 days of you purchasing the items, we will not accept any returns. Please give us 3 days to process your returns and exchanges

 

How do I care for my hand painted items?

Our hand painted items are pretty easy to care for. Please wash with like colors, they can either be hand washed, machine washed or drycleaned,

Please DO NOT BLEACH. 

You may also iron your artwork before washing.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Our items are delivered 3-5 days within Lagos and 5-7 days outside Lagos. Delivery ranges between N2000 and N7000 within Lagos and N10,500 outside Lagos for 2kg and below.

International deliveries take about 2 weeks.

For our hand painted items and clothes that are made to order, please give us 10 days to make them.
